first u have to open the run.Then u have to type just gpedit.msc.A box will pop up.Then go to administrative template tab.Then u have go to the network.In the network tab u can see a a tab called QOS PACKET SCHEDULER Then open it.NOW go to the limit reservable bandwidth .Then enable it and set it to o as shown in the video.THIS will enhance the the internet speed.Cause the settings allows more transference of data and spped up the internet speed.Its a fairly easy trick try this and enjoy.
